If you have received an error message stating your visa is not valid or cannot be found, or stating to check your Chinese passport number, please verify that all of your information is entered correctly in EVUS, including passport and visa numbers, issuance dates and expiration dates. If you have verified that all of your information was entered correctly and you are still receiving errors, please check back in the coming days and try to enroll again. We have identified some technical issues with the EVUS website that are still being worked out. Improvements are being made every day, and the technical issues will be resolved before EVUS becomes mandatory for travel to the United States on November 29, 2016. These issues will not affect travel before this date, as you may still travel to the United States without an EVUS enrollment prior to November 29, 2016.
